STAR Physical Therapy in Clarksville North is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and administer therapies including manual techniques and exercises. You will supervise COTAs, maintain documentation, and help with scheduling and equipment management.

The role requires TN licensure, an AOTA-aligned OT program, CPR, and outpatient orthopedic experience; new grads are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in TN.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.
• Exercise and Manual based skills, and Sports Rehabilitation.
• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Administer therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Assess and fit patients for splints and adaptive devices.
• Supervise COTAs and provide guidance on patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Order and manage therapy supplies and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling and patient appointment coordination.
• Contribute to policy development, quality assurance, and program growth.
• Participate in marketing, public relations, and professional education activities.
