Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral or document delay.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise COTA, aides and students in patient care.
• Communicate progress with family, staff and physicians.
