Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to help patients regain independence.

Join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to discharge planning, patient education, and ongoing program development. Licensed OT with BLS and 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and recovery.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions for medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, case managers and other team members to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.
