Qualifications

• Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic or sports experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
• Dry needling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy treatments.
• Implement and progress established plans of care.
• Perform evaluations and reevaluations when needed.
• Progress patients toward functional, recreational, and return-to-sport goals.
• Use objective testing when appropriate to guide clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation with AI-scribe support.
• Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and the clinic team.
• Collaborate with the clinic owner regarding patient progress and changes in clinical status.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-first clinical environment.
