The role offers direct mentorship with the clinic owner, a structured onboarding process, and opportunities to advance as you contribute to high-quality patient care. Must hold Virginia PT license and BLS/CPR; dry needling training is available. New grads are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
• Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)
• New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply
