Job summary

Tend is seeking an Oral Surgeon in Cambridge, MA who will perform extractions, implant procedures, bone grafting, and complex consultations within a collaborative studio. You will work with General Dentists and specialists to deliver high-quality care and a patient-centric experience.

The role offers a part-time schedule (2 days per month) with a transparent production-based compensation model at Tend, and opportunities for equity, professional development, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and active dental license in MA.
• Completion of an accredited oral surgery residency is required.
• Board certification in Oral Surgery is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with digital imaging and treatment planning tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care with patient-centered experience.
• Perform extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and manage oral pathology per standards.
