Job summary

LivaNova PLC in Omaha, NE is seeking an Operating Room Support Specialist for a part-time role (up to 29 hours per week) to support VNS therapy implantation and intraoperative duties. You will assist OR staff with VNS diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming, while coordinating with neurosurgeons, epileptology teams, and nurses.

Travel to hospital facilities is required on a regular basis. Training on the VNS system will be provided at our Houston corporate office; excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA degree or clinical/operating room environment experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR support during VNS therapy system implantation, including intraoperative assistance.
• Assist OR staff with VNS diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming.
• Visit hospital facilities regularly as a field-based role.
• Coordinate with surgeons, epileptology teams and nurses for case coverage.
