Job summary

LivaNova is seeking an Operating Room Support Specialist to support VNS Therapy system implantations in hospital settings. You will collaborate with neurosurgeons, epileptology teams, and OR staff to cover cases and troubleshoot intraoperative issues.

The role requires a BS/BA or clinical OR experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and compliance with healthcare immunization requirements. Travel to facilities will be regular with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or clinical technical/operating room environment experience.
• Ability to project a positive image.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and nonverbal skills to communicate in the OR.
• Maintain all required immunizations for healthcare employment.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical case coverage during VNS implantation.
• Assist OR staff with VNS diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming.
• Travel to hospital facilities regularly; training provided at the Houston office.
