Job summary

Great North Surgery Center, part of Regent Surgical Health, seeks an RN Circulator to deliver intraoperative patient care under clinical leadership. You will assess patients, maintain sterile technique, and support the surgical team in the OR and procedure rooms.

This is a part-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule; no calls, weekends, or holidays. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license in the appropriate state, and have BLS, ACLS, and PALS as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in the appropriate state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification as required by ASC policy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with intraoperative care in procedure rooms and OR.
• Transport patients to and from the operating/procedure room.
• Prepare patients for surgery and position them on the table.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and medications are ready for use.
• Verify patient, procedure, site, and equipment correspond.
• Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team.
• Assist surgeon by passing medical equipment as needed.
• Keep OR stocked with necessary supplies and ensure smooth operations.
• Document nursing care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
