Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy, a therapist-owned practice in California, seeks a licensed clinician to work across multiple populations (individuals, teens, adults, couples). Our admin team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can focus on clinical work.

We offer in-person and telehealth options with hybrid arrangements depending on role and location, plus ongoing supervision, weekly consultation, and 18 CE credits per year at no cost.

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required.
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred.
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities).

Requirements

• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
