Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy in California seeks therapists to join a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative culture, serving individuals, teens, adults, and couples. The administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can focus on clinical work and match you with clients based on your interests.

We offer weekly consultation, at least 18 CE credits per year at no cost, and training in CBT, OCD, and Gottman/EFT methods.

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required.
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred.
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities).
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples.
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups.
