Job summary

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state required.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• TPA License required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and medical optometry care.
• Deliver patient-centered eye care and recommendations.
• Travel locally within MyEyeDr. regions as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use modern vision care technology.
