Job summary

MyEyeDr. seeks a part-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team in a traditional office setting. You will deliver patient-centered care with a focus on vision health, using advanced technology and a broad patient base. Travel within MyEyeDr. regions may be required on a same-day basis.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution is required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state is required.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• TPA License is required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information, and move about the office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient vision and health care needs using standard optometry practices.
• Document findings in patient records and discuss current status and future requirements with patients.
• Collaborate with the office team to provide compassionate, personalized care.
• Provide high-quality general and medical optometry within a well-established practice.
