Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with MOD and store team to deliver brand promise and patient care.
• Exceed KPI targets with accountability and performance focus.
• Establish doctor-patient relationships and ensure accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
• Provide pre/post-op support where applicable and coordinate with medical staff.
• Deliver outstanding patient service and educate patients about exams and eyewear options.
• Maintain state licensure and ongoing Continuing Education requirements.
