LensCrafters in Phoenix seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and perform high-quality optometric services. This casual part-time role focuses on delivering the brand promise and exceptional patient experiences in a collaborative setting.

You will work closely with store leadership to achieve KPIs, maintain licensure, and uphold the highest standards of eye care while contributing to the growth of the optical team and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry is required.
• Commitment to quality patient care is essential.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology is required.
• Strong communicator and listener needed.
