Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide high-quality eye and vision care in our in-store practice. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system and support patients’ overall health and well-being.

As a key leader, you will collaborate with the store team, adhere to clinical protocols, and ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish positive doctor/patient relationships.
• Follow clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Use technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to support growth and safety.
