Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high‑quality eye and vision care. You will examine, diagnose, and manage diseases of the visual system as a primary health care provider, collaborating with the store team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, KPI goals, and leading within the practice to support growth and strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership for growth and safety.
