Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide high-quality eye care within an affiliated independent practice. You’ll work under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists in a setting adjacent to a Warby Parker location, delivering exceptional care with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OD license in the practice state.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and patient-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards.
• Collaborate with store team to enhance patient experience and grow exams.
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses, educate patients on options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regs.
• Stay current with continuing education and state licensure requirements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and promote eye care leadership.
