Baker Optometry in Davis, CA is seeking a part-time optometrist to join a patient-centered general practice serving a university town community.
You will provide comprehensive eye care, perform pre-testing including Optomap imaging, and utilize automated phoropters to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality care. A supportive team offers mentorship for recent grads and a welcoming clinic environment.

About Baker Optometry Baker Optometry was started in 2019 by a dedicated team who had worked together for many years at a prior location. Since then, it has grown steadily with three more optometrists, additional opticians and administrative assistants. As Baker Optometry continues to attract more patients we are in need of another professional, caring optometrist in 2026. We are a general practice optometry office in a university town. Our patients span all ages including children, families, college students, working professionals, and retirees. We have established a strong referral network with nearby specialists for all patient needs including retina, cornea, oculoplastics, cataract surgeons, glaucoma surgeons, etc.

Minimum qualifications include: Optometry license in the state of California For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
