• Process insurance claims efficiently.
• Take necessary measurements (e.g., pupillary distance).
• Prepare work orders for the lab with all patient and prescription details.
• Inspect final glasses for accuracy and fit, adjusting as needed.
• Assist with frame and lens selection and merchandise stocking.
