Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the face of our store, dedicated to guiding customers through eyewear choices and our vision care services with a simple, human approach.

This part-time role drives daily sales, engages customers, recommends products, and supports in-store operations, with training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the Visionworks brand.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
