Visionworks is seeking a part-time Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through eyewear choices with a friendly, bold approach. Training on optics and managed vision care ensures accurate recommendations and a positive checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Customer/patient experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
