Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Operator for our Flex Manufacturing Program from 2:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You will operate machinery, assist in packaging, and contribute to front-line production to deliver high-quality products for customers. Applicants must be at least 18, have 6+ months of work experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read and follow written instructions.

Part Time Operator Pay: $23.50 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This is a part-time role with the working hours of 2:00pm-7:00pm M-F.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
