• Develops strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervises teamwork and service daily.
• Supports training programs to develop guest service and revenue growth.
• Assists in employee reviews and addresses performance issues.
• Ensures time and attendance adherence per Aramark procedures.
• Adjusts staffing to meet business needs and ensures safety standards.
