Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a production support specialist within Operations Services to provide cross-functional support across multiple groups. This role handles routine tasks in various systems, data entry, archiving, researching, troubleshooting, and interactions with vendors and clients.

Some tasks may involve processing improvements; physical tasks may include moving trays and standing for extended periods. Schedule: Sunday and Monday 7:00am-4:00pm CT; on-site at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years or more of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to the area is beneficial.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers with strong customer service.
• Good time management to maximize production in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PC skills and data entry (10-key) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise-wide.
• Execute routine tasks across multiple systems and interact with internal partners and vendors/clients.
• Research exceptions and escalate to management as appropriate; implement potential processing improvements.
• May require physical tasks such as moving trays, pushing carts, and standing or sitting for extended periods.

Job Description

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to payment transactions or claim processing, data entry, archiving, researching, troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction. May have direct contact with 3rd party vendors and / or external customers. Researches exceptions and escape issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions

Schedule: Sunday and Monday 7:00am-4:00pm CT

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years or more of related work experience

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers
• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
• Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S Bank Location five (2) days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.15
