Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies
• Ensure proper staffing and sales effectiveness daily
• Manage cashiering activities to follow cash handling guidelines
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays, including seasonal areas
• Coordinate signage and merchandise replenishment
• Assist with schedule creation and store supplies management
• Maintain checkout area to maximize impulse sales

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
