The Cigna Group, via Evernorth Direct Health, seeks a Certified NP to provide primary care in an employer-based setting. The role includes episodic and extended episodic care, chronic disease education, and co-management with outside primary care when needed.
You will oversee CLIA waivered tests, dispense Rx medications, collaborate with onsite staff for biometric screening and wellness education. Part-time, 24 hours/week; occasional telework possible depending on policy.
