Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs in the Clearwater, FL market. The role involves coordinating with homeowners, vendors, HOA managers, and the Association Board to ensure quality work on all projects.

The candidate should have prior maintenance experience, be professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, in varying weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• Have previous Maintenance experience.
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Work in variable weather conditions
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance: inspections and tasks for building systems.
• Repairs: address resident requests and common area issues.
• Grounds keeping: maintain cleanliness of common areas, pools.
• Vendor/contractor coordination for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned

Sentry Management, a national leader in the Community Management Industry is seeking a Maintenance Technicians for our Tampa/Clearwater, FL market.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
• Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned
