Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline (Business, Education, Communication Studies, Project Management) or a closely related discipline.
• A demonstrated record of teaching in an academic setting or a record of mentorship, leadership or training experience in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated experience and intermediate to advanced level technical skill in using online meeting platforms (i.e., Zoom) and functionality in support of participant engagement and adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and presents recorded weekly content lectures.
• Provides timely, meaningful, supportive feedback on assignments to students in support of individual growth and a welcoming classroom climate.
• Maintains office hour availability and responds to student questions via email; engages with students inclusively.
• Updates existing PowerPoints, written instructions, and discussion boards in Canvas to support student learning and keep content organized.
