Job summary

Capella University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in GuidedPath and FlexPath formats, with asynchronous 10-week courses and quarterly residencies in the US. Faculty will mentor doctoral learners, guide courseroom discussions, and provide timely feedback to support academic success.

Qualifications

• Three years of teaching experience preferred.
• PhD in Psychology or related field.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the US for residencies.
• Familiarity with doctoral committees and academic evaluation.
