Qualifications

• Three or more years teaching in an online setting highly preferred.
• Experience teaching in higher education required.
• Experience mentoring doctoral students highly preferred.
• Experience writing curriculum highly preferred.
• Experience presenting at national and/or local professional conferences.
• Doctorate degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and Instruction – highly engaged instructors in the courses and residencies they teach.
• Doctoral Mentoring – chairing and serving on doctoral committees, and facilitating interactive dissertation and capstone sessions.
• Curriculum and Course Development – design, deliver, and improve high‑quality courses and curriculum with inclusive content.
• School and University Governance – participate in committees and governance structures, supporting department and university initiatives.
• Professional Service and Practice – contribute scholarly work, engage in research, and stay current in the field.
• Leadership through Team Engagement – take on essential roles and support faculty development and problem resolution.
• Areas of Emphasis – coordinate functions in support of school educational goals.
