PsyPhyCare in Collbran, Colorado seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site mental health services within a federally supported residential youth program. The position is contract-based with part-time availability, up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The clinician will deliver individual and group counseling, collaborate with residential and program staff, supervise and guide other staff facilitating group

Qualifications

• Active Colorado licensure as either Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual and group counseling services.
• Engage with students in residential and common areas.
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Support student development and emotional well-being, including crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
