Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation experience, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or military/VA healthcare settings is preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing education, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Deliver rehabilitative care, monitor patient progress, update documentation, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members.
• Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory standards while maintaining professional behavior within this military community.
