Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for Davenport, FL, to work on-site 16-20 hours per week. You will inspect the property daily, perform minor repairs, keep areas clean, and prepare vacated units for new occupants. You’ll also assist customers on-site and ensure the facility runs smoothly.

No college degree is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required. PTO eligibility and a supportive team culture are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• On-the-job training will be provided; no college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs.
• Keep the property clean in hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms and during trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
