Job summary

Go Store It Management in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and well-running self-storage facility. You will walk the property daily, address maintenance needs, assist on-site customers, and help prepare units for new renters.

We provide hands-on training, paid time off eligibility, and a supportive team that values reliability and pride in the property. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers on site and provide assistance as needed.
