Job summary

Audacy Washington DC radio stations are hiring Part-Time Promotion Coordinators to help execute on-site appearances at sport venues and other events. Must be a “people person” with a flexible schedule, available nights and weekends, and motivated, responsible, and friendly. Reports to the Regional Promotion Director.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment.
• Must have a high school degree.
• A valid driver’s license and, if required, proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Execute on site appearances at station events and client events as scheduled.
• Set up and staff station events and remote broadcasts.
• Conduct on-site contests.
• Distribute promotional items.
• Promote a positive station image.
• Other duties as required by management.
