Job summary

Audacy is seeking an On-Air Personality for a part-time role in Washington, DC. You will host, develop content for the show, and post material to station sites and social channels. Collaborate with Brand Manager and staff to create engaging segments and promotions, while contributing lifestyle content to the program.

Expect early mornings with potential for late shifts, weekends, and holidays. A year of radio experience is preferred and you may need to transport equipment to the worksite.

Qualifications

• One year of radio experience preferred.
• Experience assembling content using digital audio/video editing platforms is required, along with social media savvy.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40lbs.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and execute content driven show as host/on-air personality.
• Develop and post unique content to station website and social media.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and staff on developing content for show.
• Make on-air personality and lifestyle contributions to the show.
• Make appearances to promote station, show, and sponsors.
• Attend staff meetings and coaching sessions.
• Contribute ideas for future programming and promotional campaigns.
• Work early mornings; may include late evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation required.
