Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments per guidelines and age-specific needs.
• Develop and update nursing plan of care with input from the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient status and care plans with physicians and team.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
