Preferred Care at Home of Monmouth and Ocean County is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Fill-in Caregivers. In this role, you will provide temporary, flexible support to our clients in need of personal care and companionship. As a Fill-in Caregiver, you will be called upon to fill in for regular caregivers, helping to maintain consistency and quality of care during their absence. Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we provide thorough training and ongoing support.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully while maintaining independence and good judgment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Toms River and surrounding areas.
• Background check clearance and any required certifications in line with state regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client needs.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping tasks as necessary.
