Job summary

Townsquare Media New Jersey, home of New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM), seeks a Part Time Producer & Digital Content Creator to support on-air shows and digital platforms across multiple stations and dayparts. The role combines writing, editing, and publishing duties with on-air engagement and community outreach.

Ideal candidates are creative, organized, digitally savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. In-office presence is required with on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating original written digital content.
• Strong on-air presence and ability to connect with listeners.
• Familiarity with FCC rules and current events.

Responsibilities

• Support live, engaging on-air shows Monday through Friday.
• Prepare compelling daily show content for web and app.
• Publish a minimum of two original local articles daily.
• Create and publish digital content across WordPress, video, and social platforms.
• Write and schedule social media posts and engage audiences.
• Screen calls and manage listener interaction during segments.
• Coordinate guests, interviews, and station events.
• Produce commercials and support programming initiatives.
• Collaborate with on-air, programming, promotions, digital and sales teams.
