Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Team Member in the United States. No experience is required as training is provided; you will learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Up to $15/hr plus commissions may apply, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. The role supports a team-oriented environment with full-time schedules, same-day pay options through myFlexPay, and benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in some states).
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
