Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member in the United States. No experience is required, as you will be trained to perform oil changes, blade/air filter replacements, tire inflation, and light maintenance.

Base pay up to $15/hr plus commissions and a fast track to management are highlighted. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (16+ in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, WY).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
