Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our fast-paced auto care crew. No experience required; we train you to change oil, replace blades/filters, and perform light maintenance while you learn in a supportive shop environment.

Earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, paid training, and benefits like health insurance and paid time off. Many crew members advance quickly to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
