Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking energetic, friendly team members to join our growing crew as Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required, and we provide training to help you learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, plus opportunities to advance to management through paid training. Full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, and benefits are offered to team members.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Willing to learn and train as a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in select states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
