IST Management is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for Part-Time Office Services Associates in the Pittsburgh area. This on-call, assignment-based role provides 8–40 hours weekly at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, with cross-training and potential to transition into a full-time position.

Assignments span multiple Pittsburgh locations, with shifts typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and the option to accommodate availability.

Aufgaben

• Provide office services support to assigned locations in the Pittsburgh area.
• Operate mail, copy, binding and scanning equipment.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Reception coverages as needed - greeting clients and visitors, answering phones and directing calls.
• Setup conference rooms for meetings and maintain office common areas.
• Adhere to business procedure guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager.
