Job summary

Heritage Building Maintenance is seeking a part-time janitor to perform cleaning duties in office and medical facilities. Daily tasks include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies, and trash management.

The role requires reliable transportation, willingness to learn cleaning techniques, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Employees will follow safety protocols, use PPE, and demonstrate good communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties for office or medical buildings.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and maintain cleanliness of surfaces.
• Restock supplies and manage trash and recycling.
• Follow proper labeling, dilution and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
