Job summary

Paragon Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a diligent janitor to clean offices, lobbies, and restrooms on a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The role involves cleaning floors, trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 35 lbs with safety and pass pre-employment checks. English proficiency is beneficial for communication with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Must have legal work authorization and pass background check.

• Overtime availability and schedule adjustments may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Emptying trash; replace bags.
• Cleaning corridors and stairwells.
• Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting surfaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Operate walk-behind floor machines (where applicable).
• Polish furniture, windows, doors, fixtures.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain janitor closet and equipment.
• Occasionally clean overhead vents and dust blinds.
