Qualifications

• Licensed driver is required.
• English-speaking ability is required.

• Discreet, respectful handling of office space and people.

Responsibilities

• Dusting surfaces in all areas.
• Vacuuming floors and common areas.
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchenette.
• Removing trash and recycling.
• Unboxing and restocking snacks; cycling dishes.
• Sweeping front entrance and stairs (3 stories).
• Periodic deep cleaning: windows, vents, fridge purge weekly.
• Exercise good judgment on what is trash vs. non-trash; protect electronics.
• Organize and minimize clutter; track storage/utility items.
• Report burnt-out bulbs and low supplies; replenish as needed.
• Receive packages from the lobby; assist front desk if full-time.
• Communicate via Slack with team and manager.
