Job summary

Mercy Housing is hiring a part-time Desk Clerk for The Dudley in San Francisco, CA. The role supports residents, handles visitor logs, answers phones, and assists with daily operations on-site. Schedule is Saturdays 7am–3pm and Mondays/Tuesdays 3pm–11pm, totaling 24 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of general office experience. Compensation ranges $20.00–$22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General office experience required.
• 1 year of general office experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording visitor names.
• Convey accurate information to authorities as necessary.
• Answer telephones and take messages.
• Conduct patrols of the entire complex as scheduled by the Property Manager and supervisory staff.
• Respond to emergencies by calling the appropriate emergency service (e.g., police, fire department).
