Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered Georgia OTA license.
• Two years of skilled nursing facility rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team and supports Rehabilitation Services’ initiatives.
• Collaborates with supervising Therapist and Rehabilitation Director to ensure effective case management.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation per regulations and accrediting standards.
• Promotes professional image and core values in daily practice.
• Performs other duties as assigned to ensure success of the System.
